Event Calendar Requests and Facility Reservation Requests
ESJ.org has two calendars that are used to help manage campus events.
The Event Calendar is used as an informational calendar, to help parents, students, faculty and staff stay updated on what is coming up at Episcopal. You can use the Event Request form to post details for your event on the calendar.
The Facility Reservation Calendar is a tool intended to help faculty and staff check on the availability of reservable facilities around campus. Once you've checked the Facilities Reservation Calendar to make sure a facility is free, then use the Event Request form to reserve a facility for your event.
