Q
What is the Athletic Boosters charge on my school bill?
-
A
Boosters provides support to our student-athletes through programs such as the Senior Athletic Banquet, Sportsapalooza, and a variety of athletic awards and recognition activities benefiting our student athletes. Boosters also takes photos of all team and individual athletes and provides each athlete with an official team and individual photo at no charge. Proceeds from the Athletic Booster charge provide the operating revenue to continue these programs.
-
Q
What if I have a child in multiple sports or more than one student-athlete in the family?
-
A
The $25.00 Athletic Booster charge applies only once per athlete, per year, and will be billed during the first season (fall teams in October, winter in December, and spring in February) in which your athlete competes on an Episcopal team.
-
Q
Will I still get pictures of my son/daughter from Boosters?
-
A
Yes. Boosters will continue to take the official individual and team pictures. We will continue to provide individual 4x6 and the team 5x7 to all athletes at no charge. In addition, seniors will get a 4x6 of the senior group picture. These pictures will be distributed at the end-of-year celebrations for each team.
-
Q
I used to be able to reorder pictures from Boosters. Will that still be available?
-
A
Yes. All reorders can be done online, and photos mailed directly to your home. Also available online will be candid and action shots. We encourage parents who like to take photos to contact us, so we can make those photos available online as well.
-
Q
I used to get into games free as a Booster member. How will that work now?
-
A
The Athletic Department offers an annual admission pass similar to the one provided with past Booster memberships. The price is $75 per family for the entire school year, and passes can be purchased at the gate during home games.
-
Q
What if I don’t want to pay for the Athletic Booster charge?
-
A
The charge is not mandatory, and can be refunded. It will be assumed that families who choose not to participate do not want any of the benefits which Boosters provides for their child(ren).
-
Q
How will Team Parents be involved with Boosters?
-
A
Team parents have a critical role in our athletic program, and Boosters will encourage parents to get involved. However, it will be the coaches’ responsibility, along with the athletic director, to ensure that team parents for each team are designated. Team Parents are encouraged to attend Boosters meetings the last Friday of each month at noon in the library.

Q

Q
How do concessions work ?
-
A
The Athletic Department will be responsible for stocking concession stands and managing cash boxes. Team parents will continue to obtain parent volunteers to staff concessions during games.
