We hope you will make plans to attend our Middle School Open House on Tuesday, August 30 and/or our Upper School Open House on Thursday, September 8.
Beginning at 5:00 p.m., please come to the Munnerlyn Center to pick up your child’s schedule. Period 1 will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. and the evening will conclude at 7:40 p.m. For a complete schedule of events, please download the bell schedules for Middle School and Upper School.
Open House provides an opportunity for you to attend each of your child’s classes and “walk through” the pattern of your child’s daily schedule. Student guides will be present to help you find your way around the campus. Each class will be a ten-minute period where the teacher will present course goals, the textbook(s) and other important information about the curriculum. There may also be a few minutes for questions and answers. While time will not allow for discussion about individual students, please note that we have planned parent/teacher conference days on Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28 when you’ll have the opportunity to meet with teachers individually. Additional information regarding parent/teacher conference days will be available at a later date. In the meantime, if you feel there are issues or needs you wish to discuss, your child’s advisor will be happy to arrange an individual parent/teacher conference for you.
