The Fine Arts Department, in collaboration with College Counseling, is furthering efforts on campus to support students who plan to pursue arts at the college level. This year, Fine Arts scheduled three days for students to work with Clay Greenhaw '06 on professional videography for college portfolio submissions. Clay is an award-winning media generalist and creative director with more than a decade of experience in video production, post-production, visual effects, live broadcast, and sports. He currently works for the Jacksonville Jaguars, creating content for the world's first 8k resolution video boards. Additionally, Julie Carter, Associate Director of College Counseling, will attend the NACAC Performing and Visual Arts Fair in Philadelphia in November. This conference will include a workshop titled "Navigating Performing and Fine Arts Admissions," and an information fair to meet with representatives from colleges, universities, festivals, conservatories, and other postsecondary arts institutions. "We are excited about all of the opportunities that arts students can partake in at the college level and we are working hard to do our part to help them pursue their dreams and goals," said Katie Lebhar Black '95, Director of Fine Arts.
