Visiting Author, Lacey Mauritz, is coming to the St. Mark’s Campus

We are pleased to announce our visiting author for the fall semester – Lacey Mauritz, RDN, LN. On Tuesday, November 10, Lacey will join students in the Commons, by grade-level, for an interactive presentation of her cookbook, Cooking with Mother Goose. We are so excited for Lacey, who is also a St. Mark’s Campus parent to Axel (Kindergarten) and Rex (Pre-K 4),to share her book with the St. Mark’s Community!

About the Book:

Cooking with Mother Goose is filled with delicious, family-friendly recipes inspired by classic nursery rhymes. You’ll find a variety of fresh and global ingredients to bring rhymes like Peter Piper and Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star to your kitchen. Each rhyme is wonderfully illustrated in watercolor to excite a young, culturally diverse audience about these timeless tales. Helpful, expert information about feeding young children is woven throughout the book.

Pick up this storybook cookbook and share the fun of making great food with your kids.
