International Student Program Overview
Episcopal welcomes international students to be a part of our community. The international student program places a strong emphasis on:
- Solidifying students’ English speaking/writing skills
- Preparing students for college
- Exposure to the American culture
- Providing a quality education in the Episcopal tradition
The school's classic liberal arts curriculum prepares the college-bound student by focusing on effective communications, critical thinking, problem solving, and technical skills. The Episcopal community is committed to the development of students academically, athletically, creatively, and spiritually.
Students in the international program live with host families as they pursue their education at Episcopal. We do not offer student housing on campus.
4-Pillar Approach: Academics, Arts, Athletics and Spiritual Life
The value of an Episcopal education is in the balance offered across the school’s 4 Pillars:
Episcopal’s college counselors have developed a five-year curriculum that begins in the spring of the 8th grade year and ends in the spring of the 12th grade year to help guide students and their parents towards individual college decisions. More than 80% of students are accepted to their first or second college choice.
