As members of an athletic team, lower school students gain the confidence of personal achievement and experience the joy of teamwork. The goal of athletics at the lower school level is to build skills, promote teamwork, foster a love of the game, and provide a competitive and fun outlet for students to grow and be physically active as part of a healthy lifestyle. League teams compete in the North Florida Independent School Athletic Conference (NFISAC) and against many local schools, including Grace Episcopal, Jacksonville Country Day School, Riverside Presbyterian Day School, San Jose Episcopal, and St. John's Country Day School.
Beaches Campus students in grade 3 and above may participate in team sports as part of the after school athletics program. Teams are usually co-ed, and any student may participate regardless of level of ability. Sports offered on the Beaches Campus include Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball, Running Club (after school activity), and Cheerleading. Contact Kayla Durden, Beaches Campus, by email.
