Early Learning Program Teacher, St. Mark’s Campus, 2021-22

The Episcopal School of Jacksonville is seeking applications for a full-time, Early Learning program teaching position on the St Mark’s campus, beginning in August 2021.  A full-time faculty member in this program should feel comfortable teaching any of the one and two-year-old students during the morning and afternoon portions of the day. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, staying until 6:00 pm one day per week. Faculty are also responsible for communicating with parents as needed and through conferences and comments at various points during the year.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in the appropriate field of study from a four-year college or university.

  • Early Childhood teaching experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates new to teaching.

  • Candidates should be able to teach all levels of the Early Learning Program.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Demonstrate classroom management skills with a focus on student-centered learning.

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with educational software

  • Demonstrate the ability to work cooperatively with faculty, students, and parents
