Little Explorers

Come explore Episcopal School of Jacksonville’s lower schools fun developmental program highlighting a different enrichment class each month. Parent/Caregiver and toddlers will enjoy fun, engaging lessons followed by a small tour around the campus. Space is limited. All classes are free of charge.

October - Music

St. Mark’s - October 7 (Thursday)

Beaches - October 8 (Friday)

Bring your little explorer in for a fun time with music and movement! This lesson we will be exploring different instruments, fun props and rhythm patterns. You will leave with a song that helps children pick up their toys. 

November - PE/Movement

Beaches - November 11 (Thursday)

St. Mark’s - November 12 (Friday)

Bring your little explorer in for an exciting PE/Movement class! This lesson we will be exploring a variety of materials (balls, hula hoops, tumbling mats, etc.) to help develop gross motor skills.

February - Story Time

Bring your little explorer in for an engaging story time! This lesson will take us on a journey exploring literacy through books, songs, puppets, Spanish and more! Come join us for a fun morning with this age-appropriate storytime class.

March - Art

Bring your little explorer in for a creative art session! This lesson we will be exploring a particular artist, Claude Monet. We will explore many materials and use them in ways you might not have thought of before. You will take home a beautiful art piece inspired by Monet.

April - Learning Centers

Bring your little explorer in for an enjoyable classroom time experience! This lesson we will be exploring a variety of materials in an open centers time similar to the Pre-K classrooms. There will be STEAM creativity, still life drawing, music exploration, light exploration and more!
