Course Request Reports for all students are now live in the My ESJ Parent portal. To access this report, click on the “Links” tab next to your student’s name and then on the “Course Requests” link.
This report lists all courses that your student requested for the 2022 – 2023 academic year. Students were asked to choose alternate courses in the event that they have scheduling conflicts or are denied their first priority. On the Course Request Report, these alternate courses are listed as either a second or third priority.
Not all approved courses may work with the student’s schedule. In those cases, School Registrar, Kristy Parker, will reach out directly to students to finalize their requests.
If students wish to petition to take an AP or Honors class that is listed as “Denied”, they should contact the Chair of the department for that course. Your child’s advisor can help with other course change requests.
